As hospital planners developed plans for the R. Adams Crowley Shock Trauma Center on the University of Maryland Medical Center campus, they set out to adhere to the finish standards in place at all of their facilities. Administrators required high-level standards in terms of maintenance, health and sustainability, and products were tested and evaluated with those criteria in mind.
