Yale New-Haven Hospital expanded its pediatric emergency department to support the increasing volume of patients that use the facility, and in doing so, wanted to create an environment that puts young patients at ease. By installing noraplan environcare™ in the renovated portion of the facility, planning officials were able to achieve a bright, cheerful space that offers aesthetic benefits to patients and performance benefits to staff.
