At the nora Technical Academy, we provide professional installers with the knowledge and hands-on training they need to become proficient in rubber flooring installation. 

3 day training sessions designed to:

• Provide you with the latest industry developments.
• Further train your flooring installers so they may provide professional, skilled rubber flooring installation services to your customers. 
• Eliminate installation failures and the need for costly repairs. 

During the training, attendees will learn about:

• The latest installation techniques.
• The latest industry standards, including new moisture testing methods and installation requirements.
• Tools for subfloor preparation.
• Extensive hands-on training.

After successfully completing the training, attendees will become nora Approved Installer. Renewal of nora Approved Installer status is subject to additional training for new installation techniques every 3 years.
