To achieve our goals regarding occupational health, safety and environment as well as legal compliance and audit management, nora has implemented a state-of-the-art management process. Supported by the EcoWebDesk platform, responsibilities, processes and actions are very clear and transparent for all involved stakeholders.
As a German-based manufacturer, we are a member of the wdk (Wirtschaftsverband der deutschen Kautschukindustrie e. V.). This umbrella organization of the German rubber industry set up a compliance code as well as a Sustainability Charter. All members are committed to follow and support the rules regarding ethical guidelines, the European Sustainable Development Strategy, ILO core labor standards, and principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).
