Part of being socially responsible is giving back to the community and supporting local programs and initiatives. At nora, we encourage our employees to be leaders in the community and promote an environment that supports volunteerism and teamwork.

Volunteer Efforts

German Old Folks Home — Lawrence, MA
An independent retirement living community situated near the nora North American headquarters, the German Old Folks Home has seen funding diminish as competition for federal and local grants has increased. As part of our corporate social responsibility initiative, nora employees volunteered at the German Old Folks Home, where they helped with landscaping, cooking, cleaning and installing new floors in selected areas of the facility. Many nora employees also took time to visit and play games with residents.
