Overview: pro install system

The nora pro install system is a unique installation system available for use on nora rubber flooring. A five-step system for applying adhesives, nora pro install system has everything you need to successfully install your commercial rubber floor. From nora membrane to nora adhesive, you have access to all essential flooring installation components, including a ten-year system warranty, complete with product data and installation guides.

nora pro install system is for internal use only by professionals in high traffic commercial and industrial applications such as hospitals, schools, airports, shopping centers, underfloor heating and castor chair traffic.

Step 1: nora membrane

Start from the ground up. nora membrane is a fast-drying, two-component epoxy formulated to go directly on top of properly prepared substrates such as concrete and cement-based terrazzo. The nora membrane is required when moisture levels are too high or if a permanently effective vapor retarder is not confirmed. nora membrane also requires a double application process to ensure proper and complete coverage to start your installation.

Step 2: nora primer

nora primer is a single component, water-based, non-flammable primer for commercial applications. To be used directly over the nora membrane when using nora leveler, and as required, over suitable non-porous substrates.

Step 3: nora leveler

Smooth out your subfloor and ensure a balanced, even rubber flooring installation with nora leveler. It is a cement based, high-compressive strength, floor leveling compound used to repair, smooth and level clean concrete as well as existing ceramic, terrazzo and approved subfloors.

Step 4: nora patch

Install your flooring quickly with the help of nora patch. nora patch is a fast-setting, latex-fortified, cement-based patch for interior use prior to the installation of nora rubber flooring only. This product may be used to skim coat or featheredge up to one inch deep in specific applications. Priming is required before using nora patch over nora membrane, and in those situations, use only nora primer.
