Freudenberg Bausysteme KG presents its new collection of rubber floorings
Leading worldwide - new worldwide: the nora® collection
Early this March, Freudenberg Bausysteme KG from Weinheim, Germany, presented
its new collection to the public. The world's market leader for rubber
floorcoverings, which sells its products under the nora® brandname, has
prioritized a successful synthesis of design, functionality and
eco-compatibility. The new, balanced range of colors, in particular, manifests
the attractive diversity of nora® rubber floorings, and thus evidences how
nora® floorcoverings are an essential part of upmarket interior design.
The new nora® collection has been created in conjunction with Daniel Weil
from the prestigious British design agency Pentagram, which has been lauded as
the "Secular Order of Top Design" by a prestigious German daily newspaper. The
collection now presented re-affirms Freudenberg Bausysteme' commitment to
its responsibilities as the world's market leader: clear colors of captivating
intensity provide interior designers and architects with plenty of scope for
experimentation. They are supplemented by a multiplicity of discreet, modern
colors, which once again convincingly confirm nora® rubber floorcoverings
in their role as the acknowledged all-rounder of floor design. In addition to
current color trends, the new nora® collection features a wide choice of
surface designs as well. Here, too, the spectrum ranges from trend-setting to
classical.
The chromatic color classification makes it easier for interior designers to
choose from the balanced portfolio available, and invites them to experiment
with different hues. The new design range includes a variety of special
qualities, like electrostatically dissipative or electrostatically conductive
floorings, to facilitate harmonious design concepts even when highly disparate
requirements are involved.
To coincide with its new collection, Freudenberg Bausysteme KG is
introducing a contemporary corporate design concept, with which the world's
market leader aims to fine-tune its visual image as well for clearer
positioning on its chosen market - this, too, was developed with crucial input
from Pentagram.
The new collection was presented in conjunction with an outstanding room
sculpture made of rubber, entitled 'Nice Place', designed exclusively for
Freudenberg Bausysteme KG under the aegis of the famous German artist and
stage designer rosalie.
nora® floorcoverings have long been acclaimed for their cost-efficiency.
They are extremely long-lived, and exceptionally wear-resistant, as well as
being easy to clean thanks to their unusually dense surface.
Superlative industrial and natural rubber qualities, minerals from natural
deposits, and eco-compatible color pigments not only minimize the environmental
impact involved, they also ensure enhanced safety in the event of a fire, since
no hydrogen-chloride gases, no hydrochloric acid, no dioxins or furans are
released. Eco-compatible production processes and packaging, plus the fact that
nora® floorcoverings are installed using eco-friendly process materials, go
to show how seriously the company takes its responsibilities to the natural
environment.
