The contractor is required to check the air humidity and temperature before laying the floorcovering. The flooring should not be laid at an air temperature below 15º C and continuing relative humidity above 65%. Unsuitable air conditions in a room can have negative effects on the installation work.

It is the contractor's duty to make sure that the room's air conditions are conducive to damage-free floor-laying work.
