The costs of cleaning should not be underestimated.  There are studies proving that maintenance costs the for cleaning and caring of floorcoverings throughout the whole period of utilisation – mostly a given period of about 15-20 years – add up to much more than the original purchase costs.

nora floorcoverings have an extremely dense, closed surface, which is dirt-repellent and facilitates easy cleaning, not requiring any coatings; therefore, expensive and labour-intensive stripping and re-coating becomes unnecessary.

As can be seen from the following microscope images, nora rubber floorcoverings have a significantly denser surface than other resilient floorcoverings. They can thus be easily cleaned by wash polishing while other floorcoverings require a protective film.
