This special quality from the nora® range is available as a rubber floorcovering and
norament® stairtreads. It is suitable for special fire protection requirements and (with a special permit) also for areas in which non-flammable materials (DIN 4102, A2) are specified. The floorings possess high flame-retardant properties, and are extremely flame-resistant with exceptionally low flame spread characteristics. They overfulfil by far the requirements laid down for Class B under DIN 4102, Part 1, and are safe in fire-toxicological terms under the requirements specified under DIN 4102, Building Material Class A. Thanks to their extremely high UV-resistance, they are also particularly well suited for use in glass-walled, brightly sunlit building areas, like staircases or corridors.
