Cheek lining of stairs with noraplan® |
- As per VOB DIN 18 365 , the surface must be level, permanently
dry, dust-free, tension and compression-proof. Apply suitable dispersion primer to dusty surfaces. The surfaces may not have structure heights above 0.6 mm, if necessary, level out.
- Mark a line with a straight edge at the wall, approx. 6 cm
above the stair nosing.
- Cut to size the covering strip, width approx. 25 cm. Apply suitable neoprene glue to wall and back of covering and allow to become touch dry
- Add covering to the marking and press on thoroughly (figure 1).
- Cut the covering with the hook blade diagonally to the
back starting from the front stair nosing and press into the
corner (figure 2).
- Cut accurately along the riser or the tread (figure 3).
